Safari Private Mode
If you are experiencing issues accessing your FluxPro document using Safari on Apple iOS, it may be due to restrictions caused by having Private Mode activated – particulary Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection.
Safari Private Mode will, by default, remove certain identifiers in your digital document’s URL, essential to displaying the content as outlined below in bold;
https://view.digital-hub.global/template-name/p/1?key=agentname&property=ABC123456
If any of these identifiers are missing, the document will not display. This is also true if the link has been copied and pasted with missing content.
Below are steps to turn off Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection protection:
On iPhone & iPad (iOS 17+)
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced.
- Tap Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection.
- Select Off to disable it, or All Browsing to apply it everywhere, or Private Browsing to keep it only in private windows.
On Mac (macOS)
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences).
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Look for the setting for Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection and change it to Off.
Reload the original link you were sent by your Agent. If you are still experiencing an issue try another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
