If you are experiencing issues viewing a document and you are using Apple's Safari browser, it may be due to Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection settings which may have been activated either within the browser on your desktop or on your Apple device. Below are steps explaining how to de-activate this.

Safari Privacy Settings

On iPhone & iPad (iOS 17+)
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced.
  4. Tap Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection.
  5. Select Off to disable it, or All Browsing to apply it everywhere, or Private Browsing to keep it only in private windows.

On Mac (macOS)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Look for the setting for Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection and adjust it as desired (Off, Private Browsing, All Browsing).
